17.8.15 Yipeeee- just found out that two pieces of my Wire Sculptures have been pre selected for an Art Exhibition at the Mall Gallery's London, fingers crossed they are selected proper and are exhibited - will be confirmed on the 13th September
14.8.15 The Mill House Exhibition
Really looking forward to exhibiting my work at the Mill again this year! one of my favourite venues and always an inspiring collection of work with a talented group of Artists.
Makers at the Mill showcases a changing group of talented artists and designer-makers in an annual exhibition at the atmospheric Gallery at the House Mill in East London.
It's a curated exhibition, mixing pieces by different makers to complement each other in the space. Inspiration for their work is wide-ranging, yet London and this special location in the east of the city holds a particular fascination for several of our locally-based Makers.
The 2015 exhibition will run from Friday September 18th - Sunday 27th and is open from 11.00am - 5.00pm. Late Night is Thursday 24th from 11.00am - 7.30pm. The show will be closed Monday 21st September. The show is open to coincide with the London Open House Weekend on Saturday 19th - Sunday 20th September when the House Mill and The Miller's House is a popular destination.
This year we are promoting our own River Trail of other venues along the River Lea to help visitors to Makers at the Mill plan to see more of this extraordinary location and really 'make a day of it'.
